Artist's Description
Located at 207 E. Buffalo Street in the heart of Milwaukee’s vibrant Historic Third Ward, the Marshall Building is a century-old warehouse conversion that showcases contemporary amenities and historic charm. The vision began when real estate mogul, George Bockl, activated his dream of turning the Marshall Building into an incubator for the city’s creative class which included small businesses, artists and craftsmen.
Bockl’s strategy proved to be a success and not only filled the building; it reenergized the neighborhood. Today the Marshall Building is home to galleries, boutiques and corporate offices. The prime location offers both tenants and their guest’s endless conveniences such as easy access to bus stops, ample street and structure parking, and an effortless proximity to cafes, restaurants, retail shopping, and just one block from the Public Market and Milwaukee’s three-mile riverwalk.
